PENGARUH APLIKASI EVALUASI MODEL CIPP YANG DIINTEGRASIKAN DENGAN METODE SAW TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN E-LEARNING

Evaluasi penting dilaksanakan pada berbagai kegiatan dalam bidang pendidikan, begitu juga secara khusus dalam proses pembelajaran di bidang kesehatan. Kegiatan evaluasi dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pendidikan. Model evaluasi di bidang pendidikan sangat beraneka jenisnya, namun model yang sering digunakan pada bidang pendidikan kesehatan yaitu formative-summative, dikarenakan pada bidang ini dilakukan evaluasi saat proses pembelajaran berjalan dan setelah pembelajaran selesai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian jenis deskriptif korelasional, dimana bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang hubungan antara pemakaian aplikasi evaluasi CIPP-SAW (Context, Input, Process, Product- Simple Additive Weighting) terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan e-learning di perguruan tinggi kesehatan di Bali. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah analisis statistik parametrik. Seluruh kegiatan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS 21.0 for windows untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat. Sebelum melakukan pengolahan data dan analis statistik dalam rangka pengujian analisis regresi, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis, agar kesimpulan yang ditarik memenuhi persyaratan. Adapun uji persyaratan analisis hipotesis adalah uji normalitas data, uji linieritas data, dan uji auto korelasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh/hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pemakaian aplikasi evaluasi CIPP-SAW dan efektivitas pelaksanaan e-learning pada perguruan tinggi kesehatan di Bali. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,963 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,927, atau variasi efektivitas pelaksanaan e-learning sebesar 92,7% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel aplikasi evaluasi CIPP-SAW.
