PERTANIAN DAN KEARIFAN LOKAL SEBAGAI DAYA TARIK WISATA DI DESA BUKIT RAYA, KUTAI KARTANEGARA

Desa Bukit Raya memiliki lahan pertanian seluas ± 426,9 hektar yang saat ini dikelola oleh generasi tua (usia 50 tahun ke atas). Adanya kekhawatiran terhadap hilangnya budaya pertanian, karena generasi muda lebih tertarik untuk bekerja di sektor pertambangan dan luar desa. Hal ini direspon oleh salah satu anggota kelompok pertanian untuk memberikan sentuhan pariwisata terhadap potensi pertanian dan kearifan lokal sebagai upaya resiliensi budaya masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi wisata menggunakan metode analisis daya tarik wisata 3A (attraction, accessibiity, dan amenities) dan 3S (something to see, something to do, dan something to buy). Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi secara langsung, studi pustaka, wawancara mendalam, dan focus group discussion (FGD). Analisis data mengadopsi 4 tahapan yang diuraikan oleh Miles dan Huberman, yaitu data collection (pengumpulan data), data codensation (kondensasi data), data display (penampilan data), dan conclusion & verifying (kesimpulan dan verifikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik wisata Desa Bukit Raya terletak pada pematang sawah, saluran irigasi, embung, kehidupan dan keramahan masyarakat yang dapat dikompilasi menjadi Pariwisata Agro-Komunitas.
