Roughly 90% of suicide instances are brought on by mental illnesses or psychological issues. Data from the WHO indicate that up to 450 million individuals worldwide suffer from stress. According to data from the Centers for Disease Control, 1 in 6 children worldwide suffer from neurodevelopmental disorders in 2023. The functioning of a family can be impacted or affected by having a child with an intellectual handicap. As an example of the use of digitally based health transformation, this research is a way to build a system for early stress level monitoring that is packed combined with therapeutic media tailored to psychological problems. Objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness of LYTERATH's initiatives to provide parents of children with neurodevelopmental problems with E-THALY media. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental methodology with a pretest-posttest design and a control group design. The sample size consisted of 66 respondents who were split into two groups, which were chosen via proportionate random sampling.
Results: With a p value of 0.036, or less than 0.05, the Paired T-Test results indicate that the intervention group's efforts to employ e-thaly media had an impact on the early detection of stress-related growth. This demonstrates that stress levels were significantly different before and after the intervention using book media, and the intervention group respondents received the e-thaly application. The control group, who were merely handed mental health literature, did not have any significant evaluation outcomes, as shown by the p-value of 0.277 > 0.05. In summary: The differentiation of electronic therapy is also highly necessary to preserve better mental health, and the digitalization of health programs greatly aids attempts to manage parents' stress levels. It is hoped that the prevalence of mental illness-related morbidity and mortality will decline.
