Abstract

In this research a group decision support system used to determine that students of will get scholarship based
Sponsored that proposed various scholarships by using TOPSIS and borda. In the each university offers much
scholarships to by university students outstanding but the disadvantaged students. Malikussaleh University as
one of the high education providers also offers many scholarships to university students that meet its
requirements. With so many applicants, and the number of criteria must be met on each scholarship need a a
system that can help the selection to systematically and objectively. TOPSIS method will define a
representation of a a complex problem in a structure which is followed by up to a factor of alternative criteria
problem. TOPSIS method is rated based on human perception or appraisal of himself that had been
determined in advance. The results of this study indicate that support group decision making using the Borda
method TOPSIS and can support the student field of performance to do the screening to systematically and
objective.
